About Me
My name is Crystal, and I am a Spiritual Birthkeeper, Intuitive Healer, Reiki practitioner, lightworker, artist, and mother. My path has been one of deep alignment, healing, and re-membering who I truly am so I can live and serve from divine purpose.
Over the last several years, I’ve awakened to the gifts I now offer—healing and sovereign birthwork. In 2023, I was called to Reiki and began a self-practice that supported my nervous system, balanced my chakras, and nurtured my wholeness. In 2024, I completed an intensive intuitive healing program, learning applied kinesiology, energetic balancing, and meditation techniques that allow me to support others on their path to inner alignment. In 2025, I completed my Reiki Level 2 certification, further deepening this work.
My journey into birthwork began with the births of my own children—profound initiations that revealed the sacred, intuitive, and transformative nature of birth. In 2024, through the MatriBirth Midwifery program with Freebirth Society, I learned how to hold clean energetic space for women to birth in their power, rooted in physiology, intuition, and ancient wisdom.
Today, I offer heart-centered healing sessions and sovereign birthwork support, holding sacred space for women and families to reconnect to their truth, their power, and their wild wisdom. It is my honour to walk beside you as you awaken to your sovereignty and move through life in FLOWW.
